Villa Blanca is a newly built 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa located in the gated, private community of Porters Place, St. James. The villa is architecturally designed to facilitate a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. Villa Blanca’s design is modern, with exquisite furnishings with splashes of color that represent the island. The villa features a 20’ private courtyard pool that’s perfect for the whole family, plenty of lounge seating, covered outdoor dining, 1000 sq ft/ 92.9sqm

Barbados Holiday Villa

Villa Blanca is a courtyard home with a private, enclosed pool. Three of the four bedrooms have king size beds and large ensuites bathrooms. One bedroom has twin beds that can be joined per request. Bathroom has a shower and tub just a few steps away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, wall oven, coffee machine and tea pot with coffee and tea provided. There are five air conditioning units – one in the living room and one in each bedroom. There are five televisions on the property. One in the living room, three in the bedrooms and one in the outdoor entertainment space and visible from the pool. The courtyard is 1000 square feet, features a 20 ft / 6 m pool, pool loungers, reclining chairs with ottomans, an outdoor couch, dining room that seats eight and an outdoor bar. We also provide a large BBQ grill with propane and grilling utensils. This villa is ready for short and longer stays.

– Villa Blanca also comes with access to One Eleven Beach club (12-minute drive). There you will have access to 4 complimentary beach loungers, 2 complimentary umbrellas and a 10% discount on food and drinks.

– All guests will have access to our 24-hour Gym which is next to the villa.

– We provide backpack beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler bag so that you and your guests can take the relaxing 7-minute stroll to the beach to enjoy over a five mile stretch of the most pristine coastline on the island.

– Directly behind Villa Blanca is the community farm where guests will have an opportunity to have locally grown, organic vegetables delivered to you once they are ready for hat.

The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have king-size beds with en suites. The fourth room has twin beds. We also offer two luxury twin rollaway beds if needed.
